By registering with the Meetforeal website, you represent and warrant that you have the capacity to understand, agree to and comply with these Terms of Service. You should provide true, accurate and complete registration information to be a Meetforeal Member. As part of the registration process, you will be asked to select a username and password and you will be responsible for all activities occurring under your username and for keeping your password secure. Meetforeal does not take any responsibility and is not liable in any way in respect of any meetings and activities between members and members/guests, whether this meeting and activity takes place at an event organised by Meetforeal or a meeting arranged between a member and another member or guest on a one to one basis or a third party event or activity.
• Meetforeal does not interview members or guests and therefore does not vouch for the character of any such member or guest. Meetforeal will not be held responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury caused by any member to another member and/or guest.

• If you are dissatisfied with the Meetforeal service, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Meetforeal service.
• Nothing in these terms shall limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, or for fraud.
• We will not be liable under this contract for any loss or damage caused whether or not by us or our employees or agents or other members, in circumstances where:
  • there is no breach of a legal duty of care owed to you by us or by any of our employees or agents;
  • such loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach;
  • there is any increase in loss or damage resulting from breach by you of any term of this contract;
  • the losses are business losses, and/or losses to non-consumers.

Refund Policy

• Event Cancellation by Meetforeal
  • Meetforeal reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.
  • If Meetforeal cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund.
  • Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.
• Registration Cancellation by Participant
  • The deadline to receive a refund for your registration is 2 business days before the event.
  • Registration cancellations received prior to the deadline may be eligible to receive a refund less a 4 euro service fee.
  • Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.
  • Cancellations will be accepted via phone at 0872889973, or e-mailed to admin@meetforeal.com, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
  • All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder.
  • Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
• These above policies apply to all Meetforeal Events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials. Please read all individual event information thoroughly.

Fource Majeure

Neither you nor us shall be liable for failure to perform or delay in performing any obligation under this agreement if the failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond your or our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of Nature, war, civil commotion or industrial dispute ("force majeure"). If such delay or failure continues for at least 30 days, the party not subject to the force majeure shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement by notice in writing to the other. The party subject to the event of force majeure shall, as soon as practicable, give notice of the event to the other party, such notice to include a reasonable forecast of the duration of the event.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are subject to Irish Law and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Ireland.
